The role of the audit report
All Hong Kong limited companies are required to appoint a practicing accountant to conduct annual audit and submit an audit report signed by a practicing accountant.
Taxpayers will receive a tax returns issued by the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department every year and they are required to complete and return it to the Inland Revenue Department within a specified time together with an audit report signed by a certified public accountant.
